Tipple Tea

£7.00

The secret to having a detox but still feeling like you can have a tipple, this tea is highly flavoursome and can be used as part of a cleanse or just for the flavour. It is a delicious blend of fennel, coriander, star anise, liquorice and cardamon.

I have to buy in the ingredients for this tea, but it is worth it and very popular. I made it in response to my neighbour who was disappointed with a commercial version. This is what that tea should taste like, but doesn’t.

Simply add around half to 1 teaspoon to a tea ball or muslin teabag, or about 2 dessertspoons to a tea pot, pour boiling water over, leave to sit for 5 minutes and enjoy.

I grow all of my plants organically, although they are not certified (this saves cost and workload!). Anything I have to buy in, I make sure it is organic and from an ethical source. Once the bees have taken their fill of pollen and nectar, I harvest the plants from my garden.

Presented in a reusable/recyclable/returnable 1lb honey jar, av.weight 100g, this is a generous supply that will last longer than a commercial tea.
