Supercrack Cream
This was my first attempt at making a moisturiser. Failure! Or so I thought, until my husband started using it on his very cracked feet. Miracle! He had been trying to address the dreadful issue of sore, dry and prone to fungal infections feet for years with little success. Suddenly, they were healing up overnight and the number ot times they needed treatment decreased. Now, it is only a few times a year (as opposed to nearly every day).
This cream is good for dry, sore hands as well. The best approach is to apply it at night after a good soak in the bath. Dry thoroughly and apply the cream. Allow to soak in and wear soft, natural fibre socks or gloves overnight.
I ran out of Rose Pelargonium hydrosol one year, so made a minty version. Both are wonderful.
Over 40% of this cream is comprised of plant material from our garden, the fruit we eat, and bees. I feel really great about this. The other ingredients are sourced from as organic and ethical sources as possible, including the seaweed in it. This is important because many commercial sources of seaweed are destroying our kelp forests.
All my creams are packed with plant material and only have very ecological and mild preservative. This means they have a short life. So, once you have cream, use generously and enjoy. Store in a cool place and out of direct sunlight to help them last a little longer.
